Smoke Show BBQ will make your backyard BBQ wedding or party dreams come true. We bring our smoker trailer to you to serve up only the best BBQ and custom menu creations. While being served at food stations staffed by our servers and Chef, guests will enjoy a most delicious dining experience while feeling safe and socially distanced.

Smoke Show BBQ is brought to you by Chef Chris Frothingham. Most currently known for his popular restaurant Great Road Kitchen in Littleton where he is co-owner and Executive Chef, Chris is taking his flavors to the smoker trailer and right to your backyard.
Chef Chris has worked for Todd English in Boston and at restaurants in Seattle and the Mount Hood area of Oregon after turning to food from his out-of-college job in banking. He also graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont.
In 2016 Chris teamed up Marcus Palmer to open Great Road Kitchen where his vision of fresh, farm-to-table food keeps new visitors and old friends coming back time and time again.
Chris is also the chef & Partner at the Groton Publick House.
