Our PPC will make your entire wedding planning experience fun and easy! With over 8 years of wedding planning experience, we will guide you through your planning journey to ensure that your special day is exactly what you’d hoped for and that every detail is attended to.

Services include:

Wedding Planning, Preparation and Coordination

♦Advance meetings as needed for conceptualization of wedding and discussion;

♦ Initial detail meeting , catch up of vendors booked, vendors needed, reviewing timeline details, things to think about, creating “to do” list;

♦ Site visit; visit home to get best idea of set up and details;

♦ “One-Month-Out Countdown” to review status of preparations;

♦ Digital floorplan created to paint the picture of the big day, great for all involved, including vendors; 

♦ Creating Banquet Event Order for all involved to simplify communication;

♦ Contact & Communication with vendors as needed;

♦ Direct consultations with Chef to streamline menu plans;

♦ Readily available via text, call, and email for any questions along the way;

Day of Wedding Tasks:

♦ Approximately 10 hours on site (typically 10am-8pm);

♦ Direct contact with all vendors and wedding party;

♦Assistance in assigning and directing working staff for setup;

♦ Displaying name cards, welcome table, guest book, etc.;

♦ Setting table numbers, favors as needed;

♦ Coordination of ceremony set up and timeline;

♦ Welcoming & directing guests to ceremony and reception; and

♦ Keeping order of events on time.
